At Whalen Automotive, we understand how important it is to stay on the move - even when your vehicle needs repairs. That's why we're now offering a Courtesy Loaner Vehicle to qualifying customers!

Our goal is to make your repair experience as seamless and convenient as possible. If your repair qualifies and you meet the requirements, you can borrow our Whalen Automotive courtesy car while your vehicle is being serviced.

Loaner Vehicle Requirements

Before you can take the keys, here's what you'll need to know:

Repairs must qualify for use of the courtesy vehicle (shop discretion applies).

Must provide proof of active auto insurance at the time of pickup.

Vehicle must be reserved ahead of time, or given out by the shop based on the estimated duration of repair.

Customers must sign a loaner agreement before taking the vehicle.

Vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was given out.

Fuel level must be returned to the same level as when received.
